As our furniture is made to order, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
We know that choosing the fabric for your new furniture can be a difficult decision, and we want to make it as straightforward as possible. Variations in computer screens, ambient lighting and a whole host of other factors can effect the colour and appearance of your chosen fabric.
We believe that the only way to see a true colour representation, is to take a piece of fabric to your chosen location. We highly recommend ordering a fabric sample before placing a furniture order.

Where Is Our Furniture Made?
Our bespoke furniture collection is handmade in the North of England.
Our Guarantee
We truly believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture and therefore we include a fifteen year frame guarantee across the collection.
Protection
All of our fabrics are fire retardant, however we do not offer Scotchgard protection.
Delivery
Our bespoke furniture collection typically takes between eight and twelve weeks for delivery. All orders will be delivered and assembled in your room of choice. Please check our ‘Will My Sofa Fit?’ Guide to ensure it’s possible to deliver without a hitch. Jo And Co cannot be held responsible if your choice of furniture is too large for your property.
