Unfortunately, we are unable to ship furniture and large items to Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles, but we can make it available for collection if you wish to organise your own courier. Accepting Your Delivery
Please ensure you check your items thoroughly for any damage when you receive your delivery, if this is impossible to check, please sign for them as ‘Not Seen’. Once goods are accepted from the courier and signed for - no responsibility can be taken by Jo & Co Home for any loss or damage.
In the unusual event that your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery, and call customer services on 01208 895058 to arrange a replacement.
All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 or over on delivery.
We use PayPal as our online payment gateway. PayPal adhere to the most stringent levels of security, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you are delighted with your order, but we do understand that sometimes you may want to return an unsuitable item.
We offer a refund or exchange for products received back at our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for your own shipping costs and these shipping costs are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging and with the original labels attached. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you choose the relevant shipping service to make sure it reaches us. Your refund will be processed via the payment method used at the time of order, and it can take up to 14 days to appear in your account depending on who you bank with.
If any items from online orders arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for underwear and earrings. If you have any queries about sizing, please contact our customer services team for specific measurements before ordering.

Non-sale items only: If you wish to return your item after 14 days, but before 28 days after your purchase, then you may be eligible for a credit note, as long as you adhere to the instructions regarding shipping above. A credit note will be sent to you in the post, and can take up to 14 days for you to receive it.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Made to order furniture is non-returnable.
As our furniture is made to order, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds / exchanges. Fabric swatches are available on request.

We package everything with the utmost care, so we apologise in advance if you receive a damaged product.
