Loyalty Card T&C's

Jo & Co Loyalty Cards are currently only available to customers with a Cornish postcode, including second homes and holiday homes. 

Collecting & Spending Your Stamps:

Jo & Co Loyalty Card holders will receive one stamp for every £50 spent on full price clothing, accessories (excluding jewellery) and beauty in store. The card requires six stamps to be full.

Once the card is full, the customer will receive a £30 discount to be used against their next eligible purchase of full price clothing, accessories (excluding jewellery) or beauty in the lifestyle store, with no minimum spend.

This offer excludes jewellery, homeware, furniture, kids items, stationery, books, discounted items, and gift vouchers.

The £30 discount cannot be used in the furniture showroom or online store.

When spending your £30 discount, no change or stamps will be issued for purchases under £30.

Stamps cannot be collected on items bought with the £30 loyalty discount. 

Only one full card can be used per transaction.

If you forget your loyalty card, please ask the sales assistant to validate your receipt. You can bring the validated receipt back into store within 30 days to have your stamps added to your card.

Jo & Co does not issue or redeem any stamps throughout the duration of the sale period. 

Jo & Co reserves the right to exclude certain items from this offer at any time. 

Returning items:

If you have collected stamps on items you later wish to return to the store, please present your loyalty card along with your receipt, where the refunded stamps will be marked as void.

Any items bought with the £30 voucher are eligible for a refund under our usual returns policy. You will be issued with a new, fully stamped loyalty card in exchange for your returned items. 

If a product you buy with your voucher is faulty, please return it for a replacement, or a refund. The £30 discount will be returned to you in the form of a fully stamped loyalty card.

Lost Loyalty Cards:

Jo & Co cannot offer a voucher or replacement for lost loyalty cards, but will be happy to issue customers with a new, blank card.

Loyalty cards and stamps will be offered at the discretion of Jo & Co staff, in accordance with our terms and conditions. 

Jo & Co reserves the right to cancel, withdraw or alter the loyalty card scheme, promotions and offers at any time.
