How do I contact customer services?

What are your opening hours?
You can order online 24 hours a day, but our hours of business are 10am - 5pm Monday - Saturday.

I need more information about a product but I can't see it online
Give us a call on 01208 895058 or drop us an email info@joandcohome.com. We're happy to answer questions about our products, and if we don't have something in store, we'll try and find it for you! 

How do I make a purchase?
You can order through our online shop, over the telephone on 01208 895058, or via info@joandcohome.com

Do I need an account to order?
No, not at all. But if you set up an account we will hold your billing and delivery details, to make your next order much quicker and easier.
Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes, please just email us at info@joandcohome.com and we will include your message within your order. Please ensure this is done straight after your purchase to avoid disappointment.

Can I buy gift vouchers online?
Yes, you can buy Jo And Co Gift Cards here. Also available to order over the phone.

Can I use gift vouchers online?
Yes, you can enter the unique online voucher code during checkout online.

How do I know if you have received my order?
You will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order, and the date the order was placed.

How will I know my order has been sent?
You will be sent an email to confirm that your order is on its way. You can track your order using the tracking number on the email. You can also trace the order by logging in to your Jo And Co Home account.

How long will delivery take?

UK Mainland Deliveries

UK Standard Delivery: £4.50 - Up To 5 Working Days. This is a standard, up to 5 working day postal delivery service.

UK Express Delivery: £7.50 - 1-2 Working Days.

Heavy Goods Delivery: £50 - 3-5 Working Days for small furniture items, mirrors and framed prints.

Furniture Delivery: £150 Up to 8-10 weeks for sofas and chairs (Please contact customer services for an up to date lead time), and 4 weeks for other furniture.

Northern Ireland and Channel Isles

EU / Northern Ireland / Channel Islands Delivery: £20 5-7 Working Days

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Furniture orders and large items to Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles, but we can make it available for collection if you wish to organise your own courier. Please call customer services on 01208 895058 to arrange collection, and ensure we have plenty of notice so we can prepare the items. 

International Shipping

Standard International - Europe: £25 - 3 to 17 Working Days

Standard International - United States: $30 - 3 to 17 Working Days

Standard International - Oceania: £30 - 3 to 17 Working Days

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship Furniture orders and large items internationally, but we can make it available for collection if you wish to organise your own courier. Please call customer services on 01208 895058 to arrange collection, and ensure we have plenty of notice so we can prepare the items.

Can I get Furniture shipped overseas? 
Unfortunately we do not currently send Furniture items overseas.

If for some reason your order goes astray, please call us on 01208 895058 or email info@joandcohome and we'll resolve the issue for you ASAP. All parcels are tracked.
