This cookbook grabbed my attention for the simplicity value of cooking in one pan. I’m certainly no chef, but I have to say this was pretty easy, and what’s more, it looked good. Basically, massive brownie points for me! The ingredients were easy to source (with the exception of the green raisins, which I swapped for normal) and the recipe was simple enough to follow. 


The book has over 70 weeknight meals for busy families, with step-by-step instructions, as well as general cooking tips. Each recipe also has handy ways to beef up meals for hungry kids, add flavour for adult taste buds, and even suggestions for a glass of wine to accompany your dish! 


Easy-to-follow, nutritious family recipes, packed with flavour and variety. This will soon become your go-to recipe book for weeknight evening meals.
