An innovative journal designed to help you tackle your worries through the power of writing. The journal has three sections in order to do this. Part (1) is simply writing down your worry. (2) is the listing of things you can do to tackle the problem. (3) is to look back at the worries you had at a later date; each page contains two tear-off tabs for you to mark the entry as either ‘Worth my Worry’ or ‘NOT Worth my Worry’. This will show you how many things were not worth worrying about, which in turn will teach you how to not fret so much in general.
